About Laura
Laura Lloyd Fontaine grew up in Atlanta, Ga. Her mother was a very
talented and well recognized interior designer. Because of her exposure
to beautiful fabrics, antiques, and art, her passion for painting has
been a part of her life since she was young.
She graduated from Hollins College in 1980 with a Studio Art Major. She
moved to Philadelphia and continued classes at the Philadelphia College
of Art. At that time, Laura sold watercolors at many locations on the
Main Line.
